3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs). You must not share your szz77 account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorized by you — is your sole responsibility. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify szz77 support immediately.
3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC). szz77 is required to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification in compliance with PAGCOR's anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations. You agree to provide all documents and information requested for KYC purposes, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method confirmation. Withdrawal requests above specified thresholds will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
Acceptable KYC documents for Filipino players include valid Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, or other PAGCOR-approved government-issued identification.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. szz77 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20. Available payment methods may change from time to time. szz77 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your name.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are subject to change.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed in accordance with szz77's current processing schedule. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes for standard requests by verified players. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or pending verification requirements.
4.4 Withdrawal to Original Method. szz77 requires that withdrawal amounts be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to the maximum extent practicable. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and ensures compliance with PAGCOR's financial controls.
4.5 Currency. All szz77 account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. USDT transactions are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.
4.6 Taxes. You are solely responsible for any taxes, withholding obligations, or government levies applicable to your winnings under Philippine tax law or the law of any other applicable jurisdiction. szz77 does not provide tax advice.
5.1 Bonus Eligibility. All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by szz77 are subject to their specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer. Where specific terms conflict with this Agreement, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in respect of that bonus only.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements before withdrawal will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
5.3 One Bonus Per Player. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. szz77 reserves the right to void bonus awards where abuse, collusion, or circumvention of bonus rules is detected.
5.4 Right to Amend or Withdraw. szz77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to Players who have met the applicable qualifying criteria.
5.5 VIP Program. Participation in the szz77 Black Diamond VIP program is subject to the VIP program terms and conditions, which are available within the platform. VIP tier thresholds, cashback percentages, and benefits are subject to periodic review and adjustment by szz77.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on szz77 is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface or szz77 help documentation. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager.
6.2 Minimum and Maximum Wagers. Minimum and maximum wager limits apply per game and per table. These limits are displayed within the game interface and may vary by game type, VIP tier, and promotional period.
6.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game outcome — including software errors, connectivity failures, or hardware faults — szz77 reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and return the corresponding wager amounts to the Player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, szz77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities, regardless of cause or theory of liability.
9.2 szz77's total liability to you for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your szz77 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 szz77 does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Access to szz77 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
9.4 Nothing in this Agreement limits szz77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
szz77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide Players with tools to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible within your szz77 account settings at any time.
Self-exclusion requests submitted via szz77 live chat are processed immediately and irrevocably for the duration of the chosen exclusion period. 11.1 Termination by You. You may close your szz77 account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests will be processed subject to completion of any pending withdrawals and resolution of any outstanding balance disputes.
11.2 Suspension or Termination by szz77. szz77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) there is a suspected breach of this Agreement; (b) KYC or AML requirements are not satisfied; (c) fraudulent or prohibited conduct is suspected; (d) a regulatory authority so directs; or (e) szz77 determines that continued service represents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your access to szz77 ceases immediately. Any outstanding bonus credits are forfeited. Verified withdrawable balances will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to satisfaction of all applicable verification requirements.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. szz77 operates under the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through szz77's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines or the applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution mechanism, as determined by applicable law.
To raise a dispute, Players should first contact szz77 customer support with full details of the issue. szz77 will acknowledge the dispute within twenty-four (24) hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.
szz77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, szz77 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email, in-platform notification, or posting of the updated terms on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of szz77 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using szz77 and may request account closure.
